DELEGATE FEE

The full delegate registration fee includes:

  • Congress sessions
  • Welcome Reception hosted by IPB Insurance
  • Gala Dinner
  • Social programme (subject to availability at the time of registration)

AMICE members may also attend the AMICE AGM on 11 June.

The following fees are valid for all registrations:

  • AMICE member*: € 995,00 + VAT
  • Non–member**: € 1.500,00 + VAT
  • Accompanying person***: € 395,00  + VAT 

* members of National Associations which are members of AMICE will be treated as AMICE members for the purposes of attending the Congress.
** subject to approval by AMICE.
*** members and non-members may book an Accompanying Person ticket. Accompanying Persons are eligible to attend the social programme, but are not permitted to attend the AMICE Congress sessions.

Terms & Conditions

1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Registration can only be made using the registration platform. Phone and email reservations will not be accepted.
Payment must be in Euros. For any questions regarding the registration process, please contact the AMICE Secretariat.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

AMICE will issue an invoice by email for your delegate fees. Please ensure you provide us with the correct email address and VAT number where applicable.

3. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

Please note that the AMICE Congress operates a no-refund policy. Delegates are not allowed to transfer their registration without express prior permission from the organiser. By registering for the AMICE Congress, you consent to personal information being processed and expressly agree that AMICE can send you detailed information on behalf of the AMICE Congress sponsors.

4. LIABILITY

The Congress organisers are solely responsible for services linked to the Congress. However, the organisers shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the case of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or the employees of such contractors in carrying out services.

The Congress organisers reserve the right to make changes where deemed necessary without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to Belgian Law.
