The registration fee includes participation in all Congress sessions, all lunches and coffee breaks on Tuesday/Wednesday, the excursion on Monday afternoon, Gala Dinner on Monday evening and Cocktail Reception on Tuesday evening.
The following fees are valid for all registrations:
- AMICE member: Early bird rate of € 850 until 31 January 2021; thereafter € 900 (including VAT)
- Non–member: € 1,200 (including VAT)
Payment of the total amount should be made upon registration online via bank transfer or credit card.
Please note your registration will not be confirmed until your full payment has been received.
There is not a formal accompanying persons’ programme.
Delegates may register accompanying persons per event, i.e. excursion, Gala Dinner and Cocktail Reception, at a price per activity.

To register, please use the Congress registration platform where you must create a username and password and fill in your personal and invoicing details.
Once your registration has been completed, you will receive a confirmation email. Once registered, you will be able to access the registration platform in order to modify or check your details or payment.

1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT
Registration can only be done using the online platform. Phone reservations will not be accepted.
The payment of 100% of the requested services is required in order to receive confirmation.

2. PAYMENT METHODS
You can pay by credit card or by bank transfer and change the payment method easily by accessing your user area.
- Online credit card: if you choose this payment method, you will be redirected to a security-enabled bank website at the end of the online form. Depending on your card and your bank, you may need to have the secure purchase option enabled, as you will see in the following link. Once the payment has been made, you will receive a confirmation as well as the invoice at your email address.

DETAILS: When making your transfer, please ensure that you state the surname of the attendee and the reference of the congress (for example: ‘SURNAMEAC2021’). We will send an email to your email adress with the invoice for you to make the payment. The billing data and the contact email will be those indicated on your registration form. Please send PROOF OF YOUR PAYMENT to firstname.lastname@example.org in order that your registration can be completed.
3. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES
All cancellations or changes of name must be sent in writing to the Congress agency at email@example.com
Cancellations received by 19 January 2021 shall be entitled to a refund of 100% of the registration fee.
Cancellations received between 20 January and 19 February 2021 shall be entitled to a refund of 50% of the registration fee.
Cancellations received between 20 February and 19 March 2021 shall be entitled to a refund of 20% of the registration fee.
No reimbursements will be made for cancellations received after 20 March 2021.
Please note that there will be no refund for no-shows.
