DELEGATE FEE

The registration fee includes participation in all Congress sessions on Wednesday 02 June 2021.

AMICE members may also attend the AMICE AGM on Monday 01 June 2021. Congress delegates will also receive a complementary invitation to the Congress Workshop Series.

The following fees are valid for all registrations:

  • AMICE member*: € 150
  • Non–member**: € 250 

Payment of the total amount should be made upon registration online via bank transfer or credit card. Please note your registration will not be confirmed until your full payment has been received.

* members of National Associations which are members of AMICE will be treated as AMICE members for the purposes of joining the Congress.
** subject to approval by AMICE.

NON-MEMBERS

Representatives from EU institutions, financial services associations, civil society groups, insurance companies and brokers, academics and many others with an interest in the European insurance sector are welcome to join us. For more information, please contact the AMICE Secretariat.

LANGUAGES

Simultaneous interpretation will be provided in English, French, German and Spanish.

1. RESERVATION AND PAYMENT

Registration can only be made using the registration platform. Phone reservations will not be accepted.
Payment must be in Euros. For any questions regarding the online registration process, please contact the AMICE Congress Technical Secretariat.

2. PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay by debit or credit card.

3. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES

Please note that the AMICE Congress operates a no refund policy.

4. LIABILITY

The Congress organisers are solely responsible for services linked to the Congress. However, the organisers shall in no event be liable for acts or omissions in the case of injury, damage, loss, accident, delay or irregularity of any kind whatsoever during arrangements organised through contractors or the employees of such contractors in carrying out services.

The Congress organisers reserve the right to make changes where deemed necessary without prior notice to the parties concerned. All disputes are subject to Belgian Law.
